Care, warranty & services
White gold & rhodium: White gold wears a rhodium finish that softens with daily wear; we re-plate it free of charge whenever yours visits us. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
Diamond care: Diamonds attract skin oils, which dull their fire. Soak in warm soapy water weekly and brush behind the stone where residue collects; avoid touching the table facet.
Every Palencia Diamonds piece is inspected by a bench jeweler before it ships and is covered against manufacturing defects. Complimentary prong checks and professional cleaning are available on every piece we make — bring it in or send it to us any time.
One complimentary resizing where the design allows (full eternity bands and certain settings cannot be resized — the product page says so before you order).
