Warranty & service
Every Palencia Diamonds piece is inspected by a bench jeweler before it ships and is covered against manufacturing defects. Complimentary prong checks and professional cleaning are available on every piece we make — bring it in or send it to us any time.
Returns
If a piece isn't right, contact us and we will make it right — exchange, remake, or refund, depending on the piece. Made-to-order and engraved pieces are crafted for you personally and may not be returnable; we will always tell you before you buy.
Resizing
One complimentary resizing where the design allows (full eternity bands and certain settings cannot be resized — the product page says so before you order).
Shipping
Free, fully insured shipping on every order, with signature confirmation on delivery.
